An account is only considered active when it generates calls, fax, SMS, or other services on a regular base.
An account is deemed dormant if it has no calling, faxing or SMS activities for a period of 120 days. For all dormant accounts, we will charge an administrative fee of $2.5/month until the balance is depleted.
It is solely your responsibility to maintain the status of your account.
